(Company number 10924609) Throughout these terms, Cunning Cards Ltd, The Cunning Linguist and cunningcards.co.uk site will be referred to as "we", "us" and "our". Cunning Cards Ltd. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and / or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and / or contributors of content.

Prices for our products are clearly set out on this website and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are added to the final basket in checkout and are not shown on the product price.
If you change your mind about a purchase you may request a refund by contacting customer service within fourteen (14) days of the purchase transaction. We are unable to provide a refund for customised orders unless the product is damaged or faulty. Refunds will be made to the same credit / debit card used for the original purchae. To receive a full refund the product must be returned to us in it's original state. You are responsible for postage fees when returning items. Address details can be found below.
If for whatever reason we are unable to supply a particular ordered item we will notify you as soon as possible. In this situation we will confirm that you agree to wait for the product to be available, offer an alternative product or provide a refund.
Supply of goods
All greeting cards sold on this website are manufactured and delivered from the U.K.
All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. View our DELIVERY INFORMATION.
We always endeavour to provide you with products in perfect condition. From time to time problems can arise and in those situations we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. If the product is damaged or faulty, contact us at email@example.com to arrange a refund or replacement. Please see our RETURNS POLICY for further information.
Payment and Security
You can pay with any Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Delta Card. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. It may be necessary to re-confirm your security for data protection reasons. Payment will be taken for out of stock product(s) to secure stock, only if you are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the product(s). Payments for products will be itemised on your bank statements as showing payment to Cunning Cards Ltd.
The Purchase on our website will be made in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such a payment which holders of international credit cards will be liable to pay.
Whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal information that you provide us, no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Consequently, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer over the Internet to us. If using a public computer or terminal, always close the browser when you complete an online session.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you in respect of of an order shall be limited to the value of that order, and we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, harm or damage (including economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of good will) whatsoever or howsoever caused, including, without limitation, as a result of our negligence. For the avoidance or doubt nothing in these therms and conditions excludes our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence; under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of this website will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel any service at any time, without notice to you.
